conducting village elections
giving notice of council meetings and keeping the minutes at those meetings
maintaining records of village administration
certifying all legal documents
serving as Records Management Officer
working as a liaison with other government and media groups
administrating and managing of grant projects
serving as Chief Financial Officer
managing code enforcement
administrating the Utility Department
